Both these projects above as well as many others have been designed and constructed by Martis and Associates, on time and on budget. This process breaks down in to these phases

Design Phase

    With the assistance of advanced 3-D design software, we are able to design an addition that blends well into the existing structure. We can also control the design in ways that keep the project inside the client's budget, something so-called "Design Shops" often lack the knowledge to do.

 

Budget Phase

After designing the structure, the budget process begins. We work closely with our clients, along with our vendors and subcontractors, to help the client make prudent selections in such areas as flooring, bath fixtures, cabinetry and heating, electrical and  plumbing systems. If we have exceeded the budget, we have the luxury of going back to the drawing board to reduce cost without incurring often significant architectural or drafting fees.

 

Construction Phase

Only after the design details and final selections are made do we move on to the actual construction phase. By having carefully done our homework up front, our projects are assembled quickly with the minimum disruption to the homeowner's lifestyle. And by taking the time do do accurate design and finish selections BEFORE construction, last minute budget-busting extras are eliminated.

We are committed to employing highly trained and capable tradespeople who are in step with our philosophy of no-nonsense client-centered remodeling. They are true employees rather than 'subcontractors', fully covered by workmen's compensation and liability insurance. We self-perform a high percentage of our work, from masonry to painting, framing to roofing. This gives us maximum control over the fit and finish of your project and keeps us on schedule.
